Massage Therapy enhances your overall sense of wellbeing and supports you on your path to self nurture, health or injury recovery. Benefits may include but are not limited to: reduced stress, relief from muscle tension, better relaxation, reduced pain, increased joint mobility, increased lymph flow, lowered blood pressure, and recovery from injury.

Your session may include techniques such as Swedish massage strokes, Myo-Polarity therapy, Myo-Fascial techniques, aromatherapy, unwinding techniques, Reiki, Pranic Healing techniques, or special skills for pregnancy or post natal massage.

Aromatherapy or a Flower Essence session may be added to any massage for an additional fee. Aromatherapy can aid in relaxation. The addition of Flower Essences helps with those times you are feeling stuck and are ready to change your course in life.
